There are plenty of people who have already recognized the culture clash as Generation Y enters the workforce. In a USA Today article written last year, author Sarah Pierce concludes, "Before these managers and employers start gloating about how much these kids are going to have to change, I think these employers should start asking the question: How much are we going to have to change?"
